Who'd have thunk it, eh?

Well, here it is, May 2nd, 2006, just as I promised. I've 365 consecutive days of comics, without taking a break. Some days, I even did more than one a day. That's quite a bit.

Soon, I will be posting my reflections once I've had a day or two off to remember... well, anything worth remembering.

I do want to thank all those who have watched me and offered encouragement. I want to thank Sam for never thinking there was something I couldn't do. I want to thank Cat for some fun, long hours of Final Fantasy VII bantering. I'd like to thank all the characters that I've utilized over the past year. Without their inspiration, I would've run ouit of ideas about... a year ago. I also want to thank the creators of those characters for sharing their imaginations with us. I've tried giving credit when due. If I've made a mistake or forgotten someone, sorry. I'm not perfect. (As my typos will proove.)

Again, thank you, everybody. Now that I don't have these comics looming over my head on a nightly basis, I will be getting to others things that I've put off for too long... including a special "comic" for the fans that have followed Cheap Shots.

But this isn't the end. I will be posting comics, just not on a nightly basis. Infrequent, and driven only by inspiration (or agenda ), I will be continuing. Cheap Shots will live.

But for now... I'm taking a day off.
